About Me
The short version? I help people build things that matter.
I'm an entrepreneur, writer, and coach based in Germany. After years in the corporate world and building digital agencies, I now focus on what I love: creating businesses, helping others do the same, and sharing what I learn along the way.
I believe in building with authenticity, not pretense. In being direct, not diplomatic. In doing work that matters, not just work that pays.

The Longer Story
I started my career the traditional way — suit, tie, corporate ladder. It was comfortable, but it wasn't me. I spent years optimizing for other people's definitions of success before realizing I needed to create my own.
In 2018, I co-founded Say Digital, a digital agency that grew from a two-person operation to a team of 20+. We worked with brands across Europe, building everything from e-commerce platforms to enterprise software. It taught me everything about leadership, client relationships, and the art of building something from nothing.
Today, I'm focused on building products I believe in. Plotdesk is bringing practical AI solutions to mid-market companies. Padello is introducing Germans to the fastest-growing sport in Europe. And Geschenke.de is solving the age-old problem of terrible gift-giving.
When I'm not building, I'm writing about entrepreneurship, personal development, and the pursuit of a meaningful life. I also coach ambitious individuals who want to build businesses or transition out of corporate life — but only if they're willing to do the work.
I live by a simple philosophy: be useful, be honest, be yourself. Everything else tends to work itself out.
